Name, description, location, activities, ages and contact routes — proposed by you, checked by Activity Hop before parents see them.
Fees and plans
Publish the prices you actually charge, by period, instead of a single “from” figure taken off your website.
Class timetable
Days, times and ages, and how full each class is. Availability changes the moment you change it.
Questions from parents
Parents ask through Activity Hop and you answer in your workspace. You choose whether to take trials, visits or enrolment requests at all.
Photos of your centre
Upload photos of your premises. Every one is checked before it appears, and none may show a child who can be identified.
Parent reviews, with a reply
Reviews are checked before they appear, and you can reply once to each.
What Activity Hop does not do
Being straight about this matters more than a longer feature list.
No payments today
Activity Hop does not currently process payments and charges no commission. Parents arrange fees with you and pay you directly.
No bookings
Nothing here reserves a place or confirms attendance. A request is a message, not a booking.
No ranking for payment
You cannot pay to appear higher. There is no advertising on Activity Hop.
No exclusivity
A listing is an independent directory entry. You keep your own site, your own enquiries and your own customers.
How claiming works
Find your listing
Search your business name. If Activity Hop has not listed you yet, you can ask to be added instead.
Verify the business email
A single-use code goes to the business email already published for your listing — that is what proves the claim.
Activity Hop checks it
A person reviews the claim and the proof of your role. Approval confirms who controls the listing; it is not an endorsement or a check of teaching quality.
