What Activity Hop is
Activity Hop helps parents find children’s activity classes and tuition in Noida, and keep track of their family’s activities, timings and requests. Listings are factual entries compiled from public sources. They are not endorsements, advertisements, verifications, background checks or safety guarantees. Where a provider page shows a Google Maps rating, that is Google’s rating of that place, shown separately from Activity Hop’s own parent reviews and never combined with them.
Who may use it
An adult parent or guardian (18 or older) uses the app and holds any account. A child does not create an account or sign in.
Information may be wrong or out of date
We check listings against public sources and show when each was last checked, but details change. Confirm fees, ages, timings, venue and safety arrangements with the provider before you rely on them, pay anything or travel.
No bookings and no payments
Your account and your content
You sign in with your email address and a single-use code sent to it; there is no password, so keep access to that address secure. Signing in with a mobile number is not available at the moment. You are responsible for what you send through the app. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, and do not send another person’s information without their agreement. Reviews are checked before they appear, must describe your own experience, and may be declined or removed if they break these rules. You can delete your whole family account in the app at any time.
Providers
A provider can claim their listing to keep it accurate; claiming involves confirming a business email address we already hold. Providers may propose corrections to their own listing, and may ask for removal. Provider terms are set out separately in the provider claim terms. Activity Hop may hold, correct or remove a listing where evidence does not support what is shown.
Other apps and websites
Maps, websites, WhatsApp, phone and email actions open third-party apps or services that Activity Hop does not control; their terms apply. Calendar entries are created on your device.
Availability
Activity Hop is new and still growing. Features may be switched off, change or be unavailable, and information may be corrected or removed. Where a feature is off, the app says so rather than pretending it worked. Signing in by mobile number, provider photo uploads and payments are off today.
Corrections, removal and complaints
Write to support@activityhop.com. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and to give a substantive response within 7 working days where reasonably possible. These are our own targets, not statutory deadlines.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the version and date above change with them.
